You Never Know What to Expect at Maggotfest

Maggotfest is this weekend in Missoula. It’s a collection of rugby players from all over the U.S., Canada and some foreign sides. They all gather in Missoula for a weekend of rugby and socialization. Sides (teams) start arriving mid week with the first matches played on Thursday evening on the pitch at Ft Missoula. Play continues into Sunday. Saturday evening all the players and guests gather for socialization at the llama barn on Western Montana Fairgrounds. It's not unusual to see many of the sides dressed in costume. I've been attending Maggotfest  for as long as its been held and plan on going again this year.
