Ski Areas Are Open

Early snows have enabled some ski areas to open early. Big Sky over by Bozeman opened on Thanksgiving Day.  I’ve skied over there and it’s my favorite. Admittedly it’s a trip over but one ride up the mountain on the gondola and it’s worth it. If you’re a people watcher plunk yourself down in the bar and spend the day. The last time I was over there I saw a woman in a ski outfit that was all white, skis and boots included. She took a break for lunch and when she came back she all in black. I have no idea if she could ski, never saw her on the slopes.

There’s terrain for everyone. Everything from bunny slopes to double black diamond extreme skiing.
