Saturday, May 31st was a day for meat lovers! The University of Montana Culinary students put on the feed bag! There was all types of BBQ meat and cooked by the students. I paid my $20.00 dollars for a plate filled with every type of meat, buffalo sausage, it was great; brisket, lamb, pulled pork sandwiches..it was quite the array of meat.

If you missed out on the first year of the Carnivore Classic, I'm sure with the success of this event, their will be a next year! So make plans for next year's event.
