Has Missoula Changed a Lot in the Past Decade?

I stumbled upon this YouTube video put together by the Missoula Organization of Realtors it was produced about 8 years ago, and it was staggering how much Missoula has changed. The biggest thing that I noticed was the drastic change of Caras Park in downtown Missoula. The current tent looks so much better than what you see in this video. I know this wasn't shown in the video, but I think about the changes done on the south end of Brooks Street in Missoula. There used to be a rundown K-Mart, now there is Kohl's, Cabela's, and so many other great shops and restaurants.
