Best Ribs Cookoff

But one of the premier events that draw massive crowds is the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-off in Sparks NV. An estimated 500,000 fans attend every year. Two dozen of the best rib cookers in the country work their smoky, secret magic on more than 120 tons of meat.
