The boys from Zootown are going to need all the hometown support they can get their hands on to stay competitive on the Big Sky Conference.

A Look At Our Opponents

The Mustangs won their home opener on September 10th vs San Diego, but have dropped their last 6 games. Their record as of this writing is 1-7.

Cal Poly has been starting a rotation of quarterbacks this year. Freshman Bo Kelly has 2 starts to his name, and last week he was picked off three times against Eastern Washington. The Mustang's other QB is redshirt freshman Jaden Jones, who after 3 starts this year hasn't thrown an interception in 88 attempts. The Griz defense is ranked 8th in the conference in INTs, having picked off quarterbacks 9 times.

Montana Positives

Our defense is still ranked 2nd overall in the Big Sky Conference, having allowed only 17 touchdowns so far this year and ranked next-to-best in points allowed and PPG (points per game.) Even at 5-3, we're still in contention.
