Visiting Red Lodge, MT
Even though it's not far away I feel like it's a little piece of paradise that gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Red Lodge was one of my favorite places to visit as a kid and I just haven't been back like I would like to. That changed this last weekend for my birthday. From the quaint shops to the cool culture, Red Lodge is a must visit for any Montanan.
We decided to swing into a favorite of mine the Red Lodge Pizza CO. for a pizza and soda, bringing back memories as a kid. Then headed on the town for a cold one. In the summer there are a huge selection of places to stop on the 3 block radius for food or drink.
Since we are on the topic of food and drink. The breakfast spot I stopped at was fantastic! Cafe Regis with fresh ingredients and edible flowers. This place is sure to hit the spot.
And of course I had to shop for a few things and found this awesome little gem. Being nicknamed the Dancing Queen makes this just a perfect find. Stuff like this is everywhere in Red Lodge
Last but not least the guard turkeys of Red Lodge who are slightly domesticated and are not afraid to come up on your hotel porch.
