Want to get the best night’s sleep possible? Then you need to go to bed at a very specific time ... 10:37, to be exact. Not 10:35 or 10:40, but 10:37 p.m.

A recent British study that polled people about their sleeping habits during the winter months found that this exact time was the best for people to get the most out of their sleep.

According to the poll, people sleep an average of six hours and 15 minutes a night between October and February – that’s 40 minutes less than during the warmer months.
