Ramen Noodle Burrito

A Mexican restaurant chain on the East Coast – strangely called California Tortilla – has introduced one of the most unique burritos in recent times.

They’re calling it the Ramen Burrito because not at all strangely it’s a burrito stuffed with ramen noodles.

So you get ramen instead of rice. And then, you get your choice of chicken, pork, or steak, scallions, sweet red chili sauce, seasoned corn, fresh avocado, Sriracha pickled onions, cilantro, and fresh spinach.
