My Favorite Yellow Chilies, I Discovered in New Mexico

I discovered these in New Mexico but am finding out you can locate them in a lot of grocery stores.

These were the crunchy kind too, you can get really soggy ones but these were crisp. Of course in NM you find a lot of chilies and peppers. I also ran across these little yellow chili petites, and those have been harder for me to find the more North I get.

Texas Pete or Trappys, are the two brands of the small ones I love but have a harder time finding.

There is also this brand which I have yet to try but many people down south know the brand.

I'll eat these just straight out of the jar and pay for it later! Nom Nom Nom
