Meals On Wheels Drivers Needed in Seeley Lake
We all know how important the Meals on Wheels program is to the elderly population in Western Montana, and right now they are in desperate need of some volunteer drivers in the Seeley Lake area. More specifically the Sela Senci Senior Center is in need of volunteers to deliver to the elderly in their rural areas.
The Meals on Wheels program is vital to the safety, health and well-being of the elderly in the Seeley Lake area, providing meals and comforting conversation. More than 2,500 meals were delivered through the Sela Senci Senior Center with the help of volunteers last year. Obviously, there are lots of people that could really use your assistance.
If you're interested in hearing more about the volunteer opportunity currently available, contact Boyd Gossard at the Sela Senci Senior Center by phone at 677-2008. I can promise you, if you have time to volunteer you will enjoy it more than you could ever imagine.
