For the fifth year in a row, the Montana Film Festival is scheduled to take place at the Roxy during the first weekend of October. From the 3rd through the 6th, a wide selection of independent, arthouse, and foreign films will be playing in Missoula. This has grown into one of the premiere film-related events in Montana, and the films selected this year look especially promising.

I went to MTFF last year for one screening - the Montana premiere of the Nicolas Cage movie Mandy, which was incredible. This year, I definitely plan to check out some more stuff.

Tickets are available to all showtimes for Roxy members right now, and they open up to the public on Thursday, September 12th. Here's the complete schedule:
