Fox Club Shooting Caught on Tape, Video of Incident Shown at Inquest [YouTube]
A video of the events that played out in Missoula's Fox Club Cabaret Strip Club parking lot has been released.
The above video, shown at the Coroner's Inquest on Monday November 3, reveals exactly what happened when Christopher Hymel of Louisiana was shot and killed in a confrontation between himself and shooter Michael Gordon on September 1.
The Coroner's Inquest will determine what charges, if any, should be leveled at Gordon. The main question that needs to be answered is whether or not, the shooting was an act of self defense.
Another revelation from the Inquest is that Gordon suffered a concussion from the fight, apparently from punches thrown at him immediately before the shot was fired.
