My parents came over for dinner this past weekend and my mom brought this amazing bread. It was delicious, buttery and beer flavored. Does it really get any better than that? I’m not even a big beer fan, but this bread was good. It was also super easy to make too.

Of course, after eating it Saturday night, I just had to make it for Sunday dinner, and it did not disappoint. I think this beer bread recipe is going to become a regular in my dinner side dish rotation.

Easiest Beer Bread Ever

3 cups flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

12 ounces of beer

3 tablespoons butter, softened

Throw the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and mix. Slowly add the beer and stir until combined. The dough will be a bit clumpy. Scoop the dough into a greased bread pan. Spread butter on top of the dough and then bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
