It's another big Saturday in Darby.

The South Valley Civic Group has organized the first-ever Darby Christmas Parade Saturday, December 1.

Al Milton said the participants will be gathering at People's Market on the north end of town between 9 a.m. and 9:30.

The parade will start at 10 a.m. and will move down Highway 93 south through town. The day also includes a Chili Cook-off. That will be going on from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

The Darby Clubhouse will be filled with folks selling unique items in the Christmas Bazaar all day. Santa will making an appearance or two, and carriage rides are also planned.

If you want to participate in the parade, there's still time. Call Holly at (406) 396-6045.
