I love desserts. The easier they are to make, the better. This is a super easy recipe with no baking involved! All you have to do is mix everything together and you’re done. This doesn’t get much easier for busy parents. These bars are not only delicious, but they are also pretty darn good for you. They are made with coconut oil, honey and dark chocolate - no flour, sugar or oil. So you can enjoy these bars without guilt.

Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Bars

1 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil

2 cups regular oatmeal

1 cup coconut flakes

1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla

Put honey, peanut butter and oil in a pot on low heat. Once all ingredients have melted together, remove the pot from heat and add the oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir everything until the chocolate has melted, then pour it into a 9x13 pan and let it cool in the fridge. Once it has cooled, cut it into bars. Be sure to store in the fridge.
