According to a new study, Americans aged 30 and older aren’t as happy as they used to be. Researchers who have been studying general happiness levels since the early 1970s found that adults have seen a major drop over the decades, from 38% being happy in the early 1970s to 33% today.

It seems people are dealing with a lot of indecision, second-guessing, and insecurity. This unhappiness could also be caused by all the information we have at our fingertips every day, which is making us feel overwhelmed.

Instead of just trying to keep up with the Jones's, we’re trying to keep up with the world and it’s exhausting.
