We had a family reunion a few weeks ago and to say there were a lot of pictures that were taken would be an understatement. There was always the same problem when taking the pictures. Who would be behind the camera and out of the picture? We desperately wanted a huge family picture that included everyone. Thanks to my young camera savvy cousin, we got that picture.

You see, my cousin had a GoPro. She was able to put her camera on the end of a long GoPro stick and it made it so the camera was far enough away that we could be all 75 people in the family picture. Yeah! Everyone was happy.

I know that people use GoPros all the time. They love to use them when doing extreme sports and even when doing sports that aren’t so extreme. People just love to record everything they do and the GoPro makes it easy for them to do it. It is great for recording things from the wearer’s point of view.

Now the team at GoPro have come up with a GoPro for man’s best friend too. I have to admit that I think watching the footage from a dog’s GoPro would probably be far more interesting than watching the footage from a human. This is probably because I’m a human, so I already know what humans do and how they think. However, it would be very interesting to see what a dog does all day. Where does it go? What excites it? What mischief does it get in? What is a day in the life of a dog like?

Thanks to GoPro we will be able to find out.
