What a pleasure it has been to get to know Rudy Smith from Corvallis. Rudy helps facilitate Buck Up For Wounded Warriors in our area. What is it?

 Some of the stories and photos Rudy has are just very inspiring and emotional. To help raise funds they hold some really cool raffles. Right now they are selling raffle tickets for a Sage/Ross brands rod and reel combo ($10/ticket or 6 for $50) and a very fancy Remington 12 Gauge 887 Nitro Mag shotgun ($20/ticket or 6 for $100). Both prizes are valued around $1,000!!! And a cool thing is that they only sell a limited number of tickets. If you are interested in helping, Rudy usually volunteers his time to set up a table with raffle prizes on display on Fridays and Saturdays at Wholesale Sports on North Reserve.   But if you can't meet him there you can always call him at 546-6627.   He is also at woodsmith46@yahoo.com
