What’s the Most Iconic Sandwich in Montana?
I'm going to take a controversial position here: sandwiches... are good.
Wow, glad I got that off my chest. Yes, sandwiches are awesome. And everybody has their own favorite kind of sandwich. Give me an Italian sub with salami, ham, pepperoni, pepperjack cheese... that's the stuff right here.
And of course, depending on where you go in the US, you'll be able to find some sandwiches easier than others. We found this list online running down the most iconic sandwiches in every single state. So what did they decide was Montana's claim to fame?
Pork Chop Sandwich:
"This tender, lightly battered and fried boneless pork chop sandwich has delighted Montanans since the early 1920s. Served on a hamburger bun with lettuce, tomato, and onion."
Think that's an accurate sandwich to represent Montana? Have another one in mind? Let us know!
