To Heck With The Weather…It’s BBQ Time

Ever been to the Creamery Picnic in Stevensville and thought "Hey...I'd like to be one of those judges in the BBQ contest.  I'm a good eater.  How can I make that happen?"  Nicely posed question.   Here's the answer.The Stevensville Civic Club and the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association are conducting a BBQ cooking and judging class on Saturday, May 7th at the Stevensville Hotel.

It's a one day hands-on class conducted by three award winning and nationally recognized BBQ champions who promise to teach you everything you need to know to take your BBQ to a whole new competitive and delicious level.

People certified in the judging class will be qualified as a judge at the State BBQ Championship held annually at Stevensville's Creamery Picnic.
