This sounds like another ridiculous story out of Florida but no, this is very real, and out of Manhattan, Kansas. A thief broke into Hunter Jobbins' car just to steal a Kit Kat candy bar.

The student who goes to Kansas State University says the thief left a note behind and the note said: "Saw Kit Kat in your cup holder. I love Kit Kats so I checked your door and it was unlocked. Did not take anything other than the Kit-Kat. I am sorry and hungry".

The part that I don't understand is that there are convenient stores and vending machines everywhere, why not just go buy one yourself. I think stealing is one of the lowest things you can do.

But there is a good ending to this story! The Hershey company saw Hunter's story and delivered to him 6,500 Kit-Kat bars in Manhattan, Kansas. The bars were then loaded up into his Camry, and hopefully not left in his car for long periods of time.
