The Elbow Room Has Been Purchased

The Elbow Room that recently shocked the community by closing has been purchased. 

John and Colleen Powers are the future owners of Rumour. They submitted an application to move ownership of an all-alcoholic beverage license to 1855 Stephens Ave. That address is the Elbow Room. Although plans are unclear as to what exactly will take place there, restaurant, roof top garden? Sounds intriguing.
