Popular Hamilton Brewfest Is Back On For 2021
Last year, a bunch of stuff happened, and as a result, we couldn't do a lot of events for a while. (I'll let you fill in the blank on what "a bunch of stuff" is, but you can probably guess.)
One thing I sorely missed was heading out to brewfests - there's nothing better than getting your friends together, hanging out for a few hours, and sampling beers from all over, with dozens of breweries competing to show off their most unique beers.
There was one beer event that happened in Missoula last year, and I did end up going - it was an attempt at a socially-distanced brewfest at Ogren Park, with fireworks at the end. It was fun to try it out, though it was a little inconvenient to have to leave the beer area to go on the field to drink, and then go all the way back up and around the stairs to get another one. I'm glad they did it, but I'm also ready to get back to the way things were.
And now, they're getting back to normal! The Bitterroot Brewfest in Hamilton is back for 2021, after having to take last year off. This is going to be on July 31st from 1 PM to 8 PM at Daly Mansion, and with a $35 pint glass, you get unlimited tastings. Plus they're also introducing a free shuttle in the Hamilton area so people can get around without having to drive!
For all the info, you can check out their Facebook event page. Think you'll be heading out to a couple of brewfests this summer?
