O Mok See Play Day for All Coming to the Bitterroot

Our KYSS-FM pal Jill Stevens was nice enough to let us know about a great event for all you horse enthusiasts out there.

The Bitterroot Rough Riders Saddle Club will kick-start the summer by hosting an open Play Day of "O-Mok-See" games on horseback. The event takes places Sunday, June 11, at the Ravalli County Fairgrounds in Hamilton.

This is a family sport enjoyed by all ages. Age classifications are 12 and under, 13-17, 18+ men and 18+ women. Prizes will be awarded all the way down to fifth place in each age group.

Activities get underway at 10:00 a.m. Games will include Poles, Figure 8, Arena Race, Speed Barrels and Flag Race. All events will be posted with patterns and rules. Pre-registration is available or you can sign up the day of the event.
