My Travels Across This Great Land: Homemade Pork Rinds and Tater Tots

I just recently went on a 4,000 mile road trip across America. Eating our way through this great country. Find out more great spots to stop on your travels! We are now in Denver at a famous local spot. 
Located in the heart of downtown Denver Colorado is a local bar/grill the Highland Tavern which was featured on one of my favorite food TV Shows. Diners, Drive-ins and Dives had this place on an episode featuring their homemade chicharrones (pork rinds) and tater tots.
