MPD Arrest Woman for Attempted Deliberate Homicide

On Monday morning, a woman was arrested and is currently in custody for attempted deliberate homicide. The Missoula Police Department provided the follow statement:

On Sunday 10/4/20 at about 6:00 PM, Missoula Police Officers responded to a residence in the 1200 block of 34th St. for the report of a domestic disturbance involving a firearm. Upon their arrival they quickly learned that a 32-year-old male had suffered a gunshot wound and was transported to local hospital with a life-threatening injury. At this time, the man remains hospitalized in serious condition. Angela Fallan (29) has been taken into custody and is currently being held for the offense of Attempted Deliberate Homicide.

According to Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh, Fallan and the victim had been in a previous relationship and were in the process of ending it.
