The Senior Graduation Party is this Saturday, June 1, and organizers are extremely short of volunteers this year. A major snowstorm kept many people away from a January planning session and now we're scrambling a bit. This is the 28th annual celebration for high school graduates in all of Missoula County. It was created as a way to help prevent tragic alcohol-related accidents and deaths on graduation night. Parents of high school students are encouraged to volunteer in whatever way they can: Prizes, entertainment, games, decorations, concessions, first aid, chaperone....Please please please! If you can help out, give them a call. They do ask that volunteers be parents of a Missoula area high school student (not just parents of high school seniors---any high school student). The contact is Linda at 529-8889. Thanks and here's to another wonderful graduation party. DB
