First Night Spotlight Was Another Amazing Performance

Sunday night, New Years Eve, at the Dennison Theatre was First Night Spotlight one of the best parts of First Night in Missoula. It is a show displaying some of the most talented local high school singers and performers. This was my sixth year hosting the event that has been going for thirteen years in total. Our judges this year was Greg Boris, Christy Lefler, and Bob Wire. They had a very difficult decision of deciding the top three acts of the night. There was also a peoples choice awards announced after the audience was allowed to vote for 10 minutes. Every act this year was so much fun and the talent level was at an all time high. The results at the end of the night were:

Peoples Choice Awards- Jack Hubbard

3rd Place- Erin Szalda-Petree

2nd Place- Logan Rauk & Annie Hickok

1st Place- Caydence Wilson, Kennedy Kuhn & Bella Wright
