Charene’s Breakfast Egg Cups
This is one of the best treats in the morning...or really anytime. Breakfast egg cups with bacon and sausage.
First you start with a muffin pan, you fry your bacon mostly in a pan. When it's almost done cut it into 2 inch length pieces or a bit shorter and lay at base of muffin pan.
Then take sausage (cooked) and place in bottom on top of bacon in pan. Take cooked hash-browns and lay it over the top of sausage. Pour some shredded cheese on it and crack and egg over it all. Let settle for 5 minutes then cook in oven on 350 degrees for about ten to 15 minutes but watch them closely to get it perfect.
TIP: If you don't like runny yolk just break yolk in middle half way through cooking with a toothpick.
