Beef Prices Drop As Grilling Season Fires Up
This is great news for those that like meat and tend to grill a lot in the summer. According to the Indianapolis Business Journal this is the the cheapest retail prices for ground beef in two years.
With it being cheaper to feed the livestock and animals the average price should drop about 2 percent.
I guess it's not just grilling enthusiast who are benefiting from the lower price of beef. The IBJ uses an example about Taco Bell bringing back Beefy Crunch Burrito and the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito for $1.
Many areas of the cattle ranching trade are increasing. More cattle have been placed into feedlots and in April rose 7.5 percent from last year.
Good news for the backyard BBQ's!
