90s Country Star’s Montana Trip: Snow, Elk & Adventure
Several country music artists have been in the news in Montana this year. Jason Aldean vacationed in Missoula and visited one of its staples this summer. Zach Top wrote lyrics about Missoula and Montana in a song released this year. Plus, Top tried his hand at kicking field goals at Washington-Grizzly Stadium just a few weeks ago.
Now, it's 90s country star Aaron Tippin posting about Montana on his social media pages.

Two days ago, Tippin and his wife, Thea, were prepping to hit the Montana wilderness. We got an update yesterday from Dearborn Cemetery outside of Wolf Point.
First update from the field: Aaron and Thea were posted up waiting for some elk to stroll by for a good shot. Judging by the second update, they didn't get the chance to gun any of them down.
Well, surprise, surprise, guess what? It's snowing. We saw some elk up on the mountain in front of us, but, uh, I don't know, they went into a bunch of timber. - Tippin via Instagram

We got a recent update after the trip concluded. Bad news: no elk.
"We couldn't find 'em, but it's been a great hunt. We've had a good time." - Tippin via Instagram
Damn... Better luck next time, Aaron and Thea. Thanks for visiting!
