Jason Aldean Spotted in Missoula

Celebrities in Missoula create strife among city residents.

Heck, if any outsider shows up, Missoulians throw their hands in the air like it's a foreign invasion.

The backlash is usually worse when it's a celebrity.

We had supermodel Kristin Cavallari visit Montana last year, and the feedback we received in our social media comments was harsh.

I thought some of you were going to drag Cavallari out of the state with your bare hands.

But I think you'll have more appreciation for the most recent celebrity visiting Missoula...

Jason Aldean visits Missoula

Five-time Grammy Award nominee Jason Aldean was in Missoula this week.

Aldean posted this image on his Instagram story on Wednesday, July 30.

Aldean kept the caption simple: "MONTANA"

The Mo Club seems like a place Aldean would vibe with. I hope he had a warm beer and a cold burger.

Unfortunately, for Jason Aldean fanatics, he is not performing in Missoula, but he is performing (somewhat) nearby.

Aldean is playing at the Watershed Music Festival at the Gorge on Friday, August 1.

After Watershed, Aldean will be (somewhat) close to Montana over the next couple of weeks.

First, Aldean is in Camrose, Alberta, Canada, at the Big Valley Jamboree on August 3. Then, he's off to Sturgis for the Sturgis Buffalo Chip on August 5.

You'll have to migrate a long way after Sturgis. Aldean will be in Tennessee, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and then Australia down the road.
