You see stories like this and you just can't fathom how anybody could be that big of an idiot. I mean if you have enough savvy to use Facebook, you'd think that you'd have enough sense to know that when you post, it doesn't just stay hidden in your phone.

But Associated Press tipped us off to a dandy! And a convenient way to help local law enforcement in Mineral Wells, Texas. Eddie Smith posted on Facebook that he had more than a dozen warrants out for his arrest. So a concerned citizen and apparently a "friend" of Eddy's who saw the post, tipped off local police. Smith is actually wanted on 14 warrants ranging from traffic tickets to petty theft and totaled more than $1,200 in fines.

Wonder if Eddy will be allowed to Facebook during his 51-day prison sentence.
