I started off 2020 with high hopes of getting in shape. I made my New Years resolution and did a good job at sticking to it. That was until this corona virus thing took over the world. I went from being highly motivated, to locked down in my house full of booze and snacks. Soon, the "quarantine 15" took over and I was back to the weight I started the year with. It seems like I am not the only one struggling with the aftermath of the quarantine. Just look at the nearest "swimming hole" and you will see a lot more "swim shirts" than usual. So what is a person to do? Well, there is really only one thing you can do. GET OFF THE COUCH!

Thankfully the Montana Army National Guard is hosting a weekly reason for you to get off the couch. In an effort to develop community outreach, Specialist Cody Warner and Sgt 1st Class Ryan Yontz are meeting every Monday for a quick hike up the "M." Giving you all the motivation you need to get your blood pumping and working on that post-quarantine body. The hike will take place every Monday starting at 6pm.

NO, this is not a recruitment event. Simply a reason to reach out to the community.
