What Not to Put in Your Luggage When Flying

Ever wondered if what you put in your checked-in luggage is going to be searched by the airline? That would sure be the first thing I'd consider before I packed a cannon. But Associated Press tells us that's what somebody did at Honolulu's airport. TSA officials spotted a cannon barrel in a checked-in bag of a United passenger on their way to San Francisco. After some investigating, the passenger was cleared to fly, but the cannon went on a separate trip. Well, at least it wasn't loaded. Kind of makes you wonder if a passenger that goofy was, though.
