In case you missed the American Music Awards tonight, there was a break where the American Idol coaches released video clips introducing three artists that didn't make the original cut in New York, but were good enough to be given another chance to make it on the show this season!

In the clip, Luke Bryan (#swoon) who is one of the coaches this year said, "She (Maris) is someone that didn't quite make it, but she was somebody I wanted to bring back." Not a bad guy to have in your corner...
