One Montana Ski Resort Could Be Named Best In The Nation
Skiing season is nearly upon us. Leaves are changing colors, Montana saw its first snowfall of the year, and temperatures are dropping quicker than the first-time skier on the bunny hill.
This shouldn't come as a massive surprise to anyone, but Montana is home to one of the nation's best ski resorts, according to USA Today.
Vote for Big Sky Resort As The Best in the Nation
USA Today's Top 10's latest poll asks "Which Ski Resort's the Best?" One Montana resort has a chance to represent the Treasure State in the national poll. That is Big Sky Resort.
Big Sky Resort has been called the Biggest Skiing in America for good reason. The Montana resort boasts a whopping 5,850 acres of skiable terrain on four connected mountains, 320 named runs, and six terrain parks. Other perks? 400-plus inches of annual snowfall and near nonexistent lift lines on the resort's 40 lifts. - USA Today's Top 10

I'm not a skier or snowboarder, so I can't chime in on which resort is the best. I've visited Big Sky Ski Resort for a bike racing event once upon a time, but never to ski.
There are several heavy hitters Big Sky is up against:
- Copper Mountain (Copper, Colorado)
- Aspen Snowmass (Aspen, Colorado)
- Snowbasin Resort (Huntsville, Utah)

Just to name a few...
