Two Arrests Made In Arlee Beating Death – Couple Charged With Deliberate Homicide
The following information was provided by Lake County Sheriff Don Bell:
Pursuant to the investigation into the homicide of 18 year old Richard Warner, who's deceased body was located in a camper on Coombs Lane in Arlee on June 2, arrest warrants were issued for Stephen and Kassandra Seese for Deliberate Homicide.
Both individuals have been arrested. Stephen Seese was already incarcerated in the Shoshone County Jail, in Idaho, for probation violation charges and has waived extradition to Montana.
Kassandra Seese was arrested at her mother's home in Springdale, WA, by the Stephens County Sheriff's Office. She has been transported to the Spokane County Detention Center.
It was mentioned in a previous press release that Warner had not been seen or heard from since February. It should be noted that he was never reported missing to law enforcement.
Bell said that Stephen Seese was charged with deliberate homicide, while Kassandra Seese was charged with accountability to deliberate homicide.
