It's always good to donate to the Salvation Army. But I suspect this contribution was unintentional. Associated Press tells us that workers at a Pennsylvania Salvation Army outlet found a large plastic bag of marijuana among some donated clothes. The police figure the owner has noticed it missing by now, as it was described as a "substantial quantity." Authorities are working with employees to see if they can narrow down who the generous donor might be. In the meantime, the Salvation Army's pot sale still refers to ceramic containers. DB
