The Only Movie of the Summer at Ogren Park is Happening This Week
Thinking back on the craziness of 2020, the run of movies that played on the big screen at Ogren Park were really the only social events happening at the time. While we all stayed home, made sure to mask up, and learned what social distancing was, Centerfield Cinema provided an escape for those yearning for the slightest bit of human interaction. But after two summers of movies at the ballpark, they decided not to bring it back for a third year.
Here's your one chance to see a movie at Ogren Park this summer
Although there isn't a full schedule of movies that run through the next few months, the PaddleHeads are inviting you to bring the family to the ballpark for what they're saying will be the ONLY movie of the summer on Wednesday, June 22. The night will serve as a fundraiser for CASA and all proceeds from ticket sales to watch The Incredibles will go to CASA's "mission to provide an advocate for every child in foster care in our community."
Right now, Wednesday looks to be the best day of the week when it comes to our weather. Highs are expected to be in the low 80s, perfect for being outside to enjoy the show. Gates open at 5:45 PM, there's a Chase the Villian Kid's Dash at 6:15 PM, and the movie will get started just after 6:45 PM.
Tickets are available for the following prices:
Children ages 4-12 = $5
Ages 13+ = $9
Group of 5 adults = $40
Group of 10 adults = $75
Children under 3 = FREE
Don't miss out, it's the only movie night scheduled for Ogren Park and it helps a great cause! Get details and purchase tickets for CASA Superhero Movie Night HERE.
