After hearing about the suicide at the University of Montana over the weekend, just like everyone else who heard the I felt so sad. For the family, for the friends, and for the person who felt there was no way out of a bad situation.

To be honest I have never felt the feelings of wanting to end my own life, but throughout life I have found that it's not an uncommon thing. We have all felt backed into a corner and not sure what to do. One thing is for sure, suicide is never the answer.

There are so many people that love and support us each day. There are people that you can reach out to at any time of day to help you through those tough times. The easiest way to get immediate help is to reach out to the suicide hot-lines.
