Strikes to Gutter Balls – Soroptimists Bowling Fun in Hamilton
It's time again to see if you can keep a big black ball out of the gutter. The Annual Family Fun Day Bowling event of the Soroptimists of Hamilton is Saturday, May 19, at the Bitterroot Valley Lanes on the east edge of Hamilton on Skeels Avenue. The fundraiser for the local group is open to all ages and there will be prizes for "kids of all ages." If you've never bowled before, this is a great way to experience the sport. If you have bowled before, this is an "eye-opener" to see how much you've forgotten... or remembered. And for you Wii computer bowlers.... it's a lot different!
The Saturday fun is from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the bowling alley and tickets will be sold at the door. You can be in a group of two ($30 registration), a group of 3 to 5 people ($40 registration) or a group of 6 to 8 people ($50 registration). Funds will be used for women's scholarships in Ravalli County.
