Rollin’ Down The Road

I just completed a flying road trip to SD and back. Drove the I-90 corridor most of the way. While I was in SD I took one side trip that covered about 400+ miles. By my best guess-estimation we covered about 3000 miles in four and a half days. No we did not exceed the speed limit.

We did this in a car similar to the one in the picture. Camaro SS , 6 speed transmission, and equipped with what Chevtolet lists as the LS-1 engine option. It's a great highway car with plenty of "road feel" and power to keep it rolling. What makes this so amazing is that even with the AC running when it got hot, we still averaged 28-30 mpg. My car isn't red...attracts too much attention.
