Ravalli County Has Third COVID-19 Case

The Ravalli County COVID-19 Incident Management Team made this announcement Tuesday evening, April 7: "Late this afternoon, the Ravalli County Public Health Nurse was notified there is a third positive COVID-19 case in Ravalli County. The case was identified as a male in his 30s, travel originated, and is in isolation. There is no other information available at this time."

The Statewide total of 319 positive cases was not updated yesterday because of a change in the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services website and a new daily reporting time. The updated number will be publicly released at about 10 a.m. each day, starting today, April 8. Officials also say the reports will have more detail and will be able to be easily viewed on cell phones. Locally, the Ravalli County COVID-19 team will be making a report at the Ravalli County Board of Health meeting at the County Commissioners Office this afternoon at 2 p.m.
