We can hear you saying it to each other: "We GOTTA get outside this weekend!"

And while the possibilities are endless, we wanted to throw one suggestion out there on behalf of our buddies at Arts Missoula and the Old Sawmill District. If a spring fling is your thing, put this one on the agenda.

Multiple local vendors will be selling their plants, food, and homemade crafts at a pop-up farmers market in Old Sawmill District. There will also be live music, dance performances from a local studio, and food and drink specials available from the surrounding local restaurants. Come make the most of this beautiful weekend by shopping, or simply taking in Missoula's art talent and tasty food.

In case you're not aware, the Old Sawmill District is essentially located in the McCormick Park complex of Missoula, officially at 945 Wyoming Street. Along with the Missoula PaddleHeads baseball stadium, Silver Park, Currents Aquatic Center and more, it is a beautiful addition to a Missoula showpiece area.

The Spring Fling runs this Saturday, April 29, from 12:00 - 5:00 p.m. Stroll the sun-drenched sidewalks and see what all is available from vendors, as well as be entertained by music and dance.

And a quick note about Arts Missoula: They are your local arts and culture agency,  connecting art, culture, and community through education, advocacy and celebration. Arts Missoula serves as a resource for the coordination, development and support of art and culture for the benefit of the Missoula community.

Weather like this weekend's prediction is long overdue! Whatever you choose to do, make the most of it.
