Nelson’s Weekend in 3 Pictures

Well, we had a big road win for the Griz and the snow on Sunday made for an interesting weekend for everyone.

Did you do anything fun or exciting?

Here's a few things I did for the weekend.

I had a couple runs to the home improvement store this weekend and it was the first time I've seen Christmas stuff out on display.  Everybody is talking about how it's crazy to see snow in September - and I'll throw Christmas in that same category.  It's just too early.  C'mon now!

It was a Saturday filled with anticipation for Sunday snow.  So after a peek out the window on Sunday morning we weren't going to keep our daughter away from the snow for long.  It was pretty fun to watch it come down all day long and know that it was just a temporary thing (for now.)

I mentioned the trip to the hardware store above.  It resulted in purchasing a cabinet/drawer unit.  I wish I would have taken a picture of all the hardware pieces that came with it - eesh.   After putting it together we ended up going back to get another one.  I feel like half of the weekend was spent sorting screws and pieces.

BONUS PICTURE

When the snow starts falling, somebody has to head up to the roof of the building and get the snow off of the satellite dishes.  I would be alright with Mother Nature if she decided to give us a mild winter.
