National Make a Dog’s Day is Today

This is such a great day to celebrate and not only is it promoting adopt a dog but also if you own a dog to make it the best dog day for them!

Subaru started this back in 2015 with the ASPCA, created Make A Dog’s Day to raise awareness for pet adoption by showing the world just how good it feels to make a dogs day. Since 2015 they have helped find homes for over one million dogs.

There is a lot of awareness on adopting and not shopping when it comes to dogs. Now for some folks who need working dogs breeds are important but for others take a second today and visit one of our many shelters and help make a dogs day.

On the note of owning a dog already, they say ask yourself what would your dog say to you that they would want to do today.
