I just got a bigger diffuser but used to use a small mini one. Either way this essential oil mix has been on of my favorites.

Breathing at night is one of the reasons I think I was waking up with headaches. Lack of oxygen maybe? So I started researching and found out peppermint is a great way to open up the passage ways and get rid of some toxins in the air. I didn't want to use just pepermint all the time so here is what I cam up with.

In a medium size diffuser mix this:

  • 3 drops of peppermint
  • 1 drop lavender
  • 2 drops eucalyptus

You will wake up with clearer passage ways then before for sure!
