As you're making plans for the spring and how much you'll use that new fishing license required by March 1, here's some inspiration.

The Montana Fishing Film Fest is an event created by avid Montana anglers. It's making a stop in Missoula on Sunday, March 5, at the Dennison Theater on the University of Montana campus. These Montana filmmakers have spent countless hours both recreationally and professionally on the waters of Montana. Their films are much more about having heart and a good time, rather than about having a fancy camera. You can learn more about them here.

The doors open at 4:00, films starting at 5:00. The festival will also make a stop in Hamilton on March 12. Check back with us for more details on that show soon. You can get tickets now for the Missoula show at Grizzly Hackle and Missoulian Angler. The cost is only $12 per person and just $10 for UM students with valid Griz Card. Tickets will also be available at the door. Think spring and enjoy!
